Ingredients
Serves 1
cornflakes 1 cups
thick yoghurt 1 cups
green sprouts 1/4 cups
pomegranate seeds 1/4 cups
ready to use tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
ready to use mint chutney 1 tsp
date, chopped 1 nos
salt 1/2 tsp
each red or black crushed pepper and cumin powder 1/4 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
Directions
Heat up oil and toast cornflakes lightly by adding half pinch of salt pepper and cumin powder
Add sugar and a pinch of salt in yughurt and mix.
In a tall transparent mug or glass add toasted cornflakes' thick layer
On that spread green sprouts pomegranate seeds salt, pepper and cumin powder
Add yoghurt and chutneys
Repeat the layers and serve immediately
