Ingredients

Serves 1

  • cornflakes 1 cups

  • thick yoghurt 1 cups

  • green sprouts 1/4 cups

  • pomegranate seeds 1/4 cups

  • ready to use tamarind chutney 1 tbsp

  • ready to use mint chutney 1 tsp

  • date, chopped 1 nos

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • each red or black crushed pepper and cumin powder 1/4 tsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat up oil and toast cornflakes lightly by adding half pinch of salt pepper and cumin powder

  • 02

    Add sugar and a pinch of salt in yughurt and mix.

  • 03

    In a tall transparent mug or glass add toasted cornflakes' thick layer

  • 04

    On that spread green sprouts pomegranate seeds salt, pepper and cumin powder

  • 05

    Add yoghurt and chutneys

  • 06

    Repeat the layers and serve immediately
