Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups cornflakes


  • 1 cups thick yoghurt


  • 1/4 cups green sprouts


  • 1/4 cups pomegranate seeds


  • 1 tbsp ready to use tamarind chutney


  • 1 tsp ready to use mint chutney


  • 1 nos date, chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp each red or black crushed pepper and cumin powder


  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Heat up oil and toast cornflakes lightly by adding half pinch of salt pepper and cumin powder
  • Add sugar and a pinch of salt in yughurt and mix.
  • In a tall transparent mug or glass add toasted cornflakes' thick layer
  • On that spread green sprouts pomegranate seeds salt, pepper and cumin powder
  • Add yoghurt and chutneys
  • Repeat the layers and serve immediately
