Ingredients

  • 1 bowls leftover rice


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp lemonuice


  • 1 tsp chana dal


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 10-12 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds

Directions

  • This is the quickest and my never go recipe. Whenever pressed for time and children are having exsms; I tend to prepare little extra rice. Its feeling and comfort food for us.
  • All it reqiures is just add lemon juice and salt to the left over rice.
