  • 2 boiled n mashed potato


  • 1/2 cup Bathua(blanched n chopped)


  • 1 tsp Garlic paste


  • 2 tsp crushed almonds


  • 1 tsp crushed green chilly


  • 1 cup soaked sabudana


  • 1 cup chopped spinach


  • 1 tomato diced


  • 1/2 beetroot diced


  • 3 garlic cloves


  • 2 tsp mayonnaise


  • 1 cup roasted til

Directions

  • Take a bowl add mashed potato,blanched bathua,sabudana,garlic paste,almonds,green chilly,salt and mix it well.
  • Make tikki and dip it in til and fry it.
  • For beetroot dip- take a pan add tomato,beetroot,garlic saute for 5 min.
  • Now take a blender grind it
  • Take a pan add oil,and grinded dip. Cook it for 5 min add mayonnaise. Dip ready
  • Foe garnish fry spinach till crisp.
  • Now for garnish add beetroot dip on the plate add tikki top up with crisp spinach.
