Take a bowl add mashed potato,blanched bathua,sabudana,garlic paste,almonds,green chilly,salt and mix it well.
Make tikki and dip it in til and fry it.
For beetroot dip- take a pan add tomato,beetroot,garlic saute for 5 min.
Now take a blender grind it
Take a pan add oil,and grinded dip. Cook it for 5 min add mayonnaise. Dip ready
Foe garnish fry spinach till crisp.
Now for garnish add beetroot dip on the plate add tikki top up with crisp spinach.
