Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups murmure/puffed rice


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1/4 tbsp salt


  • 1/4 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups bhujia sev

Directions

  • Finely chop Onion, Tomato and Green Chilli
  • Mix Murmure and all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add Salt and Red Chilli Powder to it.
  • Squeeze a lemon to it.
  • Mix well.
  • Add some bhujia sev and serve tangy ‘Jhatpat Jhalmuri’
