peel the bananas and chop them evenly
now in a heavy bottomed pan add in sugar and turn on medium low heat
let the sugar dissolve and caramalize
once caramalize add in bananas and saute well
let it combine well
once done place them on a wooden platter and i have taken drop shot
serve it with some fresh honey
