Ingredients

  • 1 nos soup bun packet


  • 1/2 cups garlic


  • 4 nos whole red chilly(soaked)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 nos potato(boiled and mashed)


  • 1/2 tsp sarson


  • 2 tsp kadi patta


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 3 nos green chilly


  • 1/2 cups mozerlla cheese


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning


  • 4 nos fried green chilly


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp white pepper


  • 2 nos tomato

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil,sarson,kadi patta and saute for a min. Now add garlic-chilly paste and cook for 2 min. Now add salt,haldi,boiled potato and mix it well.
  • Now take a grinder add tomato,whole red chilly and gatlic make a paste. Take a pan add 1 tsp oil and the paste add salt and keep cooking for 5 min. Chutney ready.
  • Now take a soip bun. Make a cavity add red chutney jn it.
  • Now add potato mixture in it.and top up with cheese and cover it.
  • Now in pre heat oven add the bun 160 degree for 5 min.
  • Now take a pan add butter,maida stir continuosly on simmer gas and add milk,salt to taste and white pepper(if availble).add 1 tsp cheese and keep aside.
  • Now take ban drizzle white sauce on top add fried chilly on the top with pizza seasoning.
