Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups gram flour ( besan )


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp salt or according to taste


  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 4 nos leftover roti


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Mix spices in besan. Add water and make thick better.
  • Heat the pan.
  • Apply better on the roti.
  • Apply ghee on pan.
  • Put roti facing applied better on pan first.
  • Cook both the sides.
  • Serve hot with any chatny or juice.
