  • 2 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 cups matar k daane


  • 1 tbsp jeera


  • 1 tbsp haldi


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp coriendar powder


  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1 tbsp maggi masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp chopped green coriendar

  • Cooker me oil daal k grm kre
  • Isme jeera daale or onion daal k bhune
  • Isme chopped potato,coliflower,matar k daane or tomato or green chilli daal k achhe se chalaye
  • Red chilli powder,haldi powder,or coriendar powder daale or salt add kre
  • Thodi Der chalane k baad isme maggi masala or grm msala add kre
  • 2 cup water daale
  • Fir isme chawal ko dho k saaf krk cooker me daal k achhe se milaye or dhakkan lga k 1 whistle aane tak pakaye
