Mug Carrot Cake

Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 4 tbsp grated carrots
  • 1 nos egg
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions

  • In a mug, whisk egg well
  • Add Butter and sugar, whisk well
  • Now add vanilla extract, cinnamon, carrots and mix well
  • Add flour and baking powder. If required add nuts. Mix well
  • Microwave for 1 min 30 sec to 1 min 45 sec until done
  • Top with whipped cream and serve warm
