2 cups spinach leaves cleaned
3-4 nos dates
1.5 cups almond/skim milk
1 nos big ripe cold banana
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth
If you are averse to raw spinach then you can blanch before blending
In case you need it additionally sweet, you can increase quantity of dates or add honey. Add chia seeds to make it more nutritional
Pour the smoothie in cold serving glass and serve
