Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups spinach leaves cleaned


  • 3-4 nos dates


  • 1.5 cups almond/skim milk


  • 1 nos big ripe cold banana

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • If you are averse to raw spinach then you can blanch before blending
  • In case you need it additionally sweet, you can increase quantity of dates or add honey. Add chia seeds to make it more nutritional
  • Pour the smoothie in cold serving glass and serve
