Ingredients

  • Chicken Marinade: Chicken (quartered) 2 nos

  • Chilli Powder 3 tsp

  • Salt (as required) 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp

  • Citric Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Gravy: Coconut milk 3 cups

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Green Chillies (flaked) 2 nos

  • Corriander Leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Directions

    Chicken Marinade: Mix All Except Chicken, Apply On Chicken And Let Marinate For Three Hours Then Barbeque Or Grill It, I Prefer Barbequed

    Gravy: In A Pot Put Coconut Milk, Salt, Turmeric And Corn Flour Mix Well. Keep On Flame And Let It Boil And Thicken

    Then Add Chicken Pieces And Cook More Till Gravy Is Thickened, Kip Off Flame. Garnish With Corriander And Chillies.
