Chicken Marinade: 2 Chicken (quartered) 3 tsp Chilli Powder Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp Citric Powder Gravy: 2 Coconut milk (3 cups of Coconut milk) little Salt 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 2 Green Chillies (flaked) 1/4 bunch Corriander Leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp Corn flour
Chicken Marinade: Mix all except chicken, apply on chicken and let marinate for three hours then barbeque or grill it, i prefer barbequed Gravy: In a pot put coconut milk, salt, turmeric and corn flour mix well. Keep on flame and let it boil and thicken then add chicken pieces and cook more till gravy is thickened, kip off flame. Garnish with corriander and chillies.
