Whosayna’s Chicken Tikka topped with Coconut Cream

  • 2 nos chicken marinade: chicken (quartered)

  • 3 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp salt (as required)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp citric powder

  • 3 cups gravy: coconut milk

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 nos green chillies (flaked)

  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • Chicken Marinade: Mix All Except Chicken, Apply On Chicken And Let Marinate For Three Hours Then Barbeque Or Grill It, I Prefer Barbequed
  • Gravy: In A Pot Put Coconut Milk, Salt, Turmeric And Corn Flour Mix Well. Keep On Flame And Let It Boil And Thicken
  • Then Add Chicken Pieces And Cook More Till Gravy Is Thickened, Kip Off Flame. Garnish With Corriander And Chillies.
