  • 1 1/4 cups wholemeal

  • 3/4 cups maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp oil


  • Bind Stiff Dough With Cold Water, Make Sure You Knead It Well. Then Make 9-10 Balls, Cover With Damp Cloth And Let It Rest For 20mins.
  • Keep A Clay Pot Or Big Round Pot Base Up From The Flame.
  • Roll Each Ball Just Like Roti But Thin, Then Take It On Back Of Your Hand And Twist And Move Your Hand In Anticlockwise, Roti Will Spread And Become Larger And Thinner, Be Careful You Should Move Accordingly To Get Round.
  • Then Put On Base Of Pot And Roast It On Medium Flame.
  • When Both Sides Done Fold Like Roomal And Cover With Cloth
