Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Fruit Jello:Water 4 cups

  • Sugar 3/4 cups

  • Citric Acid 1/4 tsp

  • Falooda Powder 2 tbsp

  • Fresh Fruits (Strawberries, Pineapple, Mango and Grapes) 2 1/2 cups

  • Falooda Pudding: milk 1 litre

  • condensed milk 1 cups

  • Double Cream 1/2 cups

  • Agaragar powder 2 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Fruit Jello: Boil Water, Agaragar Powder, Sugar And Citric Acid. When It Bubbles, Remove From Flame.

    In A Pudding Mould Pour Chopped Fruits Evenly, Slowly Pour Jello Mixture, Let It Cool Down.

    Prepare Falooda Pudding Falooda Pudding: Mix Well And Boil All Except Essence And Cream Till It Bubbles Bubbles.

    Remove From Flame And Àdd Essence And Cream Beat Well Then Cool For 10mins, Pour On Fruit Jello Slowly, Let It Set And Cool Down Then Chill In Fridge
