  • 6 nos egg


  • 1 cups peas


  • 2 nos chopped onion


  • 1.5 nos chopped tomato


  • 6 nos chopped green chilly


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat Oil Fry Peas For 2 Minutes Break Eggs In A Bowl Add Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilly In Peas Stir Cover For 5 Minutes On Low Flame
  • Add Whole Masala And Stir Well Add Egg Keep High Flame And Stir
  • Add Coriander And Stir Well For 2 Minutes Hot Serve With Bread Or Chapati
