Cool and refreshing mint flavored boondi raita is very quick and easy to make and can be used as a side dish.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms fresh curd


  • 3 tbsp besan boondi


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp dried pudina leaves crushed into powder


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped for the garnish

Directions

  • Churn the curd and mix salt, sugar and spices
  • Add boondi and mix well
  • Add water if required to get the desired consistency.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
