Boondi Mint Raita
Cool and refreshing mint flavored boondi raita is very quick and easy to make and can be used as a side dish.

200 gms fresh curd
3 tbsp besan boondi
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp dried pudina leaves crushed into powder
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped for the garnish
Directions
Churn the curd and mix salt, sugar and spices
Add boondi and mix well
Add water if required to get the desired consistency.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
