Ingredients

10-12 nos papdis (homemade)
2 tbsp imli ki chutney
2 tbsp green chutney
2 nos potatoes , boiled ,sliced
1/2 cups matra(white chick peas) boiled
1 cups curd, churned
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp pani puri masala
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp kala namak
2 tsp sev
1/4 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp pomegranate kernels
Directions
Arrange the papadis, then arrange potato slices and half teaspoon matra on each potato slice.
Add imli ki chutney, green chutney and salt .
Top with churned curd and sprinkle pani puri masala, chaat masala, cumin seed powder, chilli powder, kala namak, coriander leaves and nylon sev on top.
