  • 50 gms red chillies

  • 150 gms sugar

  • 1/2 cups vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 nos lemon zest


  • Deseeded the chillies and roughly chopped them.
  • Soak these chillies in vinegar for half an hour. After that blend it in to a smooth paste.
  • Heat a pan. Add sugar and lemon zest in it.
  • Add chillies paste and salt in it and bring to boil.
  • When it become thick stir continuesely.
  • Switch off the flame. It's ready.
