paneer is the most versatile and comfort food. kids and elders everyone loves paneer .My family is a lover of paneer and what better way to give them, is to give them paneer pakoda.Its the healthiest choice also ,so here is the recipe which is favourite among us .best served with tea or coffee.

  • 200 gms paneer

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 2 tsp salt as per taste

  • 1 cups for batter besan(gram flour)

  • 1 tbsp maida

  • 1 tbsp cornflour

  • 2 tsp salt and pepper

  • 1/4 cups chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 nos chopped green chillies

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 cups water as per requirement

  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • In A Bowl Take Paneer Cubes , Add Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder,Chaat Masala. Salt And Marinate It For 10 Mts.
  • In Another Bowl Take All The Ingredients For The Batter, Mix Everything Well And Keep Aside For 5 Mts.
  • Meanwhile Heat Oil In A Kadhai For Frying .When The Oil Is Hot Enough Start Frying The Pakoda's
  • Dip Each Paneer Into The Batter ,Coat Well And Add It Into The Kadhai One By One.
  • Put The Flame Into Medium And Fry It Till Golden In Color And Crispy.Remove It On A Paper Towel .
  • Serve With Ketchup Or Any Chutney Of Your Choice.
