Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer 200 gms

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • garlic powder 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • salt as per taste 2 tsp

  • for batter besan(gram flour) 1 cups

  • maida 1 tbsp

  • cornflour 1 tbsp

  • salt and pepper 2 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cups

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • water as per requirement 1 cups

  • oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    In A Bowl Take Paneer Cubes , Add Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder,Chaat Masala. Salt And Marinate It For 10 Mts.

    In Another Bowl Take All The Ingredients For The Batter, Mix Everything Well And Keep Aside For 5 Mts.

    Meanwhile Heat Oil In A Kadhai For Frying .When The Oil Is Hot Enough Start Frying The Pakoda's

    Dip Each Paneer Into The Batter ,Coat Well And Add It Into The Kadhai One By One.

    Put The Flame Into Medium And Fry It Till Golden In Color And Crispy.Remove It On A Paper Towel .

    Serve With Ketchup Or Any Chutney Of Your Choice.
