Whisk curd in a bowl until smooth
Add water and whisk well
Add flour and whisk until smooth. Keep it aside
Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
Add crushed ginger green chillies and saute until raw aroma disappears
Lower the heat and add whisked curd. Mix well
Add sendha namak, sugar and mix well
Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes or until Kadhi starts thickening stirring occasionally
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm
