Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups full fat curd/yogurt


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp sendha namak or as per taste


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 3 tbsp rajgira or singhara flour


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1.5 tsp crushed ginger green chillies

Directions

  • Whisk curd in a bowl until smooth
  • Add water and whisk well
  • Add flour and whisk until smooth. Keep it aside
  • Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
  • Add crushed ginger green chillies and saute until raw aroma disappears
  • Lower the heat and add whisked curd. Mix well
  • Add sendha namak, sugar and mix well
  • Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes or until Kadhi starts thickening stirring occasionally
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm
