Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 7-8 nos bread slices


  • 5 tsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp chilliflakes


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1/4 cups tomato ketchup


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 cups oil for dip frying


  • 1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds


  • 2 nos chilli


  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

  • Cut the bread into small pieces.
  • Make a paste of cornflour,chilli flakes,salt with little water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the bread in the paste and dip fry them in oil.
  • In the same time heat another kadai put 2 tsp oil in it.
  • Then add the chopped garlic in it and saute for sometime till the raw smell has gone.
  • Then add tomato ketchup,soya sauce,green chilli,salt, chilli flakes and honey. If you want then add chopped green onion in it.
  • Mix the fried bread and sesame seeds in it and mix it well and switch off the flame.
  • Now the honey chilli bread is ready. Serve hot as a starter dish .
