Ingredients

Serves 2

  • bread slices 7-8 nos

  • cornflour 5 tsp

  • chilliflakes 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • chopped garlic 1/2 tsp

  • tomato ketchup 1/4 cups

  • soya sauce 1 tsp

  • oil for dip frying 1 cups

  • roasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp

  • chilli 2 nos

  • honey 2 tsp

Directions

    Cut the bread into small pieces.

    Make a paste of cornflour,chilli flakes,salt with little water.

  • 03

    Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the bread in the paste and dip fry them in oil.

    In the same time heat another kadai put 2 tsp oil in it.

    Then add the chopped garlic in it and saute for sometime till the raw smell has gone.

    Then add tomato ketchup,soya sauce,green chilli,salt, chilli flakes and honey. If you want then add chopped green onion in it.

    Mix the fried bread and sesame seeds in it and mix it well and switch off the flame.

    Now the honey chilli bread is ready. Serve hot as a starter dish .
