Ingredients

  • potato boled and Smashed 1-2 nos

  • onion finely chopped 1/4 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • fresh bread crumbs 1/4 cups

  • maida 2 tsp

  • italen seasoning 1/4 tsp

  • chilly flakes 1-2 pinch

  • coriander finely chopped 2-3 tsp

Directions

    Firstly Smashed boiled potatoes in a bowl.

    Now in that mix well onions, green coriander, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.

    Take two tablespoons of all purpose flour in a small bowl and put water into it and make paste

  • 04

    Now wrap the prepared balls in the all purpose flour paste and coat with the bread crumbs.

  • 05

    Deep fry these balls in hot oil. Potato ball lollipop ready to serve.
