Ingredients

  • 250 gms bhindi/okhra


  • 3 nos green chili chopped


  • 3 nos green chili


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 pinch salt according to your taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 piece dry mango


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1 cups choley : white chickpeas


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt according to your taste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos onion slice


  • 1/3 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/3 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • wash and cut lady finger and keep in sun light for few hours so its become dry
  • heat oil in a pot add onion saute till its become brown
  • now add lady finger and mix it well
  • now add red chili, green chili, salt, dry mango piece chat masala and mix well now add lemon juice and 2 teaspoon water and let them Cook on low flame for 10 minutes
  • when its become soft off the flame and serve
  • Choley : soak chickpeas overnight
  • pressure cooked chickpeas for 3 to 4 whistle
  • now heat oil in a pot add onion and cumin seeds saute till brown color
  • now add all dry spices and mix well add little water and saute when oils comes from sides add boiled chickpeas
  • mix it well add one cup of water and Cooked for 10 minutes so its become thick
  • when all spices and chickpeas mix well off the flame and serve
