Ingredients

Bhindi/okhra 250 gms
Green chili chopped 3 nos
Green chili 3 nos
onion 1 nos
Salt according to your taste 1 pinch
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
dry mango 1 piece
lemon 1 nos
Choley : White chickpeas 1 cups
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt according to your taste 1 pinch

Onion slice 1 nos
Amchoor powder 1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/3 tsp
Directions
wash and cut lady finger and keep in sun light for few hours so its become dry
heat oil in a pot add onion saute till its become brown
now add lady finger and mix it well
now add red chili, green chili, salt, dry mango piece chat masala and mix well now add lemon juice and 2 teaspoon water and let them Cook on low flame for 10 minutes
when its become soft off the flame and serve
Choley : soak chickpeas overnight
pressure cooked chickpeas for 3 to 4 whistle
now heat oil in a pot add onion and cumin seeds saute till brown color
now add all dry spices and mix well add little water and saute when oils comes from sides add boiled chickpeas
mix it well add one cup of water and Cooked for 10 minutes so its become thick
when all spices and chickpeas mix well off the flame and serve
