Quick Dry Fruits Coconut Modak

  • Mix dry fruits 1/2 cups

  • Mawa or dried milk 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Shredded coconut 1/2 cups

    Mix the dry fruits like cashew nuts, almond, raisins, pistachio and any other dry fruits.

    Grind all the dry fruits. Make coarse powder.

    Mix shredded coconut, mawa/khoya or dried milk and sugar. Grind them into a smooth paste.

    Take out into a large bowl. Add cardamom powder and ground dry fruits. Mix well.

    If you feel mixture is little loose and difficult to hold shape, keep the mixture in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.

  • 06

    Now make the shape of modak with your hands or mould.
