  • 12 nos crabs (separate body and claws)

  • 1/2 cups coconut (grated)

  • 1 tsp salt (as required)

  • 2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • Turmeric Powder 2 tsp

  • 1 nos onion (chopped)

  • 4 nos tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)

  • 3 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp corriander powder

  • 2 nos green chillies


  • Roast Coconut In A Pan To Brown Color And Let It Cool Down. Blend Tomatoes, Roasted Coconut, Garam Masala, Corriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt, Garlic Paste, Tomato Puree And Turmeric Powder To A Fine Paste.
  • In A Pot Braise Onion In 3-4 Tablespoon Of Oil Till Its Browned Up. Add Coconut Paste, Chopped Garlic And Let It Boil Add Little Water And Crabs, Cook Till Done.
  • Simmer To Make Thick Roast. Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves And Green Chillies.
