Ingredients

  • Crabs (separate body and claws) 12 nos

  • Coconut (grated) 1/2 cups

  • Salt (as required) 1 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder 2 tsp

  • Onion (Chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (Chopped) 4 nos

  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Garlic (Chopped) 1 tsp

  • Tomato Puree 3 tbsp

  • Corriander Powder 1 tsp

  • green chillies 2 nos

Directions

    Roast Coconut In A Pan To Brown Color And Let It Cool Down. Blend Tomatoes, Roasted Coconut, Garam Masala, Corriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt, Garlic Paste, Tomato Puree And Turmeric Powder To A Fine Paste.

    In A Pot Braise Onion In 3-4 Tablespoon Of Oil Till Its Browned Up. Add Coconut Paste, Chopped Garlic And Let It Boil Add Little Water And Crabs, Cook Till Done.

    Simmer To Make Thick Roast. Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves And Green Chillies.
