  • 4 nos potatoes

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 2 nos onions

  • 3 nos tomatoes

  • 4 piece garlic

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 nos green chillies

  • 1 pinch salt according to taste

  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1/4 tbsp egg curry masala

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 2 cups oil to fry


  • Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn flour and salt in it. Now grate the paneer finely and add a pinch of turmeric in it.
  • Take a ball of potato and press it with your hands like a roti and add 1/2 tbsp of yellow paneer in it. Roll it like an egg and then roll it over maida and keep aside.
  • Make all the eggs like this and keep aside.
  • Now take a heavy bottom pan and deep fry till they turn golden in colour. Fry all the eggs in the same procedure.
  • Now grind the onions, tomatoes, chillies, ginger and garlic, then grind them finely.
  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil to heat, then add the gravy in it. Stir it well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and anda curry masala in it and mix well. Now add 1 cup of water, cover it with a lid and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Now cut the egg vertically, half from centre as shown in the recipe picture. Take out the gravy in a bowl and then place the half cut eggs on it.
  • Your Veg Egg Curry is ready to eat
