Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4 tbsp besan


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 pinch red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1/4 tsp oil


  • 200 ml beetroot juice


  • 1 nos eno pouch


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Add besan, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl.Add a pinch of sugar to it.
  • Add chukander juice and make thick batter.Add fruit salt, mix quickly and pour it in microwave safe mould for 2 minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare tadka by heating oil.Add mustard seeds to oil.Add remaining sugar and green chilli.Add 1/4 cup water and give it a boil.When the dhokla is done, add tempering over it..Garnish with coriander leaves.
