  • 2 cups basmati rice


  • 5 tbsp ghee


  • ghee 1 bowls


  • 1 tsp saboot garam masala( choti elaichi,kali mirch,badi elaichi)


  • 1 tbsp lehsun paste


  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwdr


  • 1/2 tsp lal mirch pwdr


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 bowls chppd mix veggies (carrot,capsicum,cauliflower)


  • 1 nos onion chppd


  • 1 nos chpod tomato

  • fir kta hua pyaaz, tmater daljer saute kre.
  • fir gajer,shimla mirch aur kti hui gobhi dalker bhune
  • fir lehsun paste aur hldi mirchi pwdr dalker achche se bhune
  • dhi add kre aur dhi ka pani sukhne tk sabzi bhune
  • fjb sbzi pak jaye tb boiled rice daljer achche se milaye aur fir namak bhi dale.
  • biryani madala bhi dale aur chawal k sath achche se mix kre.
  • jb vhawal achche se sbzi aur madale k sath mix ho jaye tb biryani ko raite k sath grm grm srve kre
