  • 500 gms homemade paneer


  • 250 gms sugar


  • 1 bowls malai


  • 4-5 nos keser


  • 4-5 nos almond to garnish

Directions

  • Make dough of paneer by knead properly
  • Make rasgulla shape
  • Cut it half
  • Now out in sugar syrup
  • On the other side,add keser to malai and make it dark heavy cream type
  • Seperate paneer rasgulla half tikkis from syrup and put one spoon a layer in the center of two pieces
  • Your very quick DESERT FATAFAT is ready to serve
