Mix gram flour rice flour , Ajwain & Salt in a big bowl.
Now add pudina puree and make a soft dough .Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Take little dough and put it in a cookie press ,close it and pour it slowly in a circling manner over the hot oil and fry until light golden brown.
Drain it on paper towel and let it cool off completely before Storing.
Enjoy it with evening tea
