  • 250 gms makhana


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1 nos whole red chilly


  • 1/4 cups roasted peanuts


  • 1/4 tsp roasted bengal gram


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat Butter In A Pan.
  • Add Black Mustard Seeds/Rai To Splutter. Add Curry Leaves And Whole Red Chilly.

  • Add Makhana And Stir Constantly For 5 - 6 Mins. Add Salt And Black Pepper Powder And Mix Well Once Cooled,Keep In The Air Tight Container
