  • 4 nos fresh tomato

  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chilly

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp mustard oil


  • Wash And Rinse The Tomato Grease Mustard Oil On The Tomato And Place On The Wired Rack In The Microwave For 3 Mins.
  • Once Cooled,Remove The Skin Of The Tomato And Mash It. Add Garlic, Onion,Green Chilly,Coriander Leaves,Salt And Mustard Oil And Mix Well. Serve With Chapatis.
