thinly sliced Onions 1/4 cups
Breadcrumbs 1 cups
green chilli's chopped 2 nos
Salt 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp

Cut cauliflower into florets .
Cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain in a colander.
Grind or mash them into a paste.
Cut onions and chillies thinly.
Add onions, chillies, grated cheese and salt to the cauliflower. Mix well.
Also add yoghurt and breadcrumbs. First add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs to bind the mixture to a soft dough.
If necessary add more breadcrumbs to combine the mixture. You can also increase or decrease cheese quantity.
Coat the bottom of a non stick skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
From the mixture, make small patties or tikkis and add to the skillet.
Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side.
Flip the tikkis.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Fry all the tikkis in batches. Be careful to fry the tikkis as they are very delicate to handle.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with sour cream or hung curd.
