Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 kgs chicken (whole of the chicken to be boiled, in that half of to be sheredded and half of to be paste) when chicken boiled left over water should be taken as stock.


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp amul cream


  • 1/2 tsp blackpepper


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 tsp all purpose flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat a pan
  • Add butter and flour roast the flour till you get the aroma of flour
  • After a minute add milk
  • When milk comes to boil add chicken paste , pepper and sheredded chicken
  • In a minute add chicken stock and salt
  • When you find a thick consistency of soup ,off the flame and serve hot
