Ingredients
Serves 4
Chicken (whole of the chicken to be boiled, in that half of to be sheredded and half of to be paste) when chicken boiled left over water should be taken as stock. 1/4 kgs
Butter 2 tbsp
Amul cream 2 tbsp
Blackpepper 1/2 tsp
milk 1/2 litre
all purpose flour 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat a pan
Add butter and flour roast the flour till you get the aroma of flour
After a minute add milk
When milk comes to boil add chicken paste , pepper and sheredded chicken
In a minute add chicken stock and salt
When you find a thick consistency of soup ,off the flame and serve hot
