Beat egg with little salt and chilli flakes.
Add milk, chopped tomato, onion, capsicum and green chilli.
Transfer the mixture to 2 small ramekin bowls or any other microwave safe bowls.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on the top.
Microwave in high heat for about 2 minutes.
Souffle is done.
Clean and prick the potato with a fork.
Microwave the potato for about 4 minutes to cook.
Now peel and cut boiled potato in cubes.
Blanch the peas, sweet corn and carrot in boiling water for a minute.
Drain and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle chat masala and salt.
Heat a nonstick pan with little olive oil.
Saute the potato cubes just to become light golden brown.
Remove and sprinkle some chat masala and salt.
Take a serving dish, place egg shuffle over some letuce leaves.
Add the prepared vegetables in the plate.
Healthy, nice looking and delicious quick breakfast is ready.
