Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Paneer 200 gms

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • ginger 1 inch

  • Garlic cloves 10 nos

  • Onion (cube chopped) 1/2 cups

  • Capsicum (cube chopped) 1/2 cups

  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • Green chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Take a pan add oil then add ginger and garlic fry for 30sec.

  • 02

    Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min on high flame.

  • 03

    Add all the sauces, salt, black pepper powder mix it well.

  • 04

    Fry for 1min then add panner give it a quick mix and turn it off.

  • 05

    Quick Chilly Paneer is ready to serve serve it by garnish of spring onion.
