Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 4 cups curds

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 fresh anjeer peeled

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

    Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar.

    Make sure the anjeer skin is removed .

  • 03

    Churn all the ingredients together and transfer into 2 glasses.

  • 04

    Add ice cubes if you wish to.

  • 05

    Serve chilled.
