Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1 nos egg

Directions

  • mix lukewarm water, milk , egg, yeast and sugar in a bowl
  • mix flour and salt in another bowl
  • add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients after the yeast blooms
  • knead the dough
  • let it rise
  • knead it again
  • let it rise once more and then put in the oven for 20 min
