Ingredients
Serves 2
Bread 4 nos
Semolina (rawa) 2 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp
black Salt 1/2 tsp
cream ( malai) 1 tsp
chopped green coriander leaves 2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tsp
curds 2 tbsp
Directions
Take Bread slices one by one.
In a bowl add Semolina, curds, salt, ketchup, coriander leaves and cream and mix all the ingredients well.
It should be thick to apply on the Bread Slices.
Take a tbsp of mixture and apply on the bread .
Grill it in the griller or on grill pan.
Cut them into strips and serve immediately along with Ketchup.
Sprinkle chilli flakes on it and serve.
