Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos bread


  • 2 tbsp semolina (rawa)


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp cream ( malai)


  • 2 tsp chopped green coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp ketchup


  • 2 tbsp curds

Directions

  • Take Bread slices one by one.
  • In a bowl add Semolina, curds, salt, ketchup, coriander leaves and cream and mix all the ingredients well.
  • It should be thick to apply on the Bread Slices.
  • Take a tbsp of mixture and apply on the bread .
  • Grill it in the griller or on grill pan.
  • Cut them into strips and serve immediately along with Ketchup.
  • Sprinkle chilli flakes on it and serve.
