Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups leftover rice


  • 1 nos fine chopped onion


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds for coating


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it, except poppy seeds and oil.
  • Mix it well, take a small amount and make tikki shape.
  • Take a plate spread poppy seeds in it. Now take a tikki and coat it with poppy seeds.
  • Take a non stick pan and heat it, now gently arrange all tikkis on it and spread oil from all the four corners.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
