pizza sauce 1 tbsp
capsicum,green onion and tomato 1 tbsp
shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp
dried Italian herbs (basil or oregano will work) 1/2 tsp
Directions
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a microwavable mugAdd in the milk and oil with mix together.
Satue veggies in butter for 2 minutesSpoon on pizza sauce and spread it around the surface of the batterSprinkle veggies
Sprinkle on the cheese, pepper and dried herbsMicrowave for 2 minutesReady to eat
