Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms cottage cheese


  • 50 gms soya chap chopped pieces


  • 100 ml greek yogurt


  • 20 gms chickpea flour


  • 1 nos capsicum medium sized


  • 1 nos small bell pepper red


  • 1 nos small onion


  • 30 gms coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp red chilly


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 50 ml pudina curd chutney


  • 1 tsp vegetable oil.


  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • Cut cubes of paneer and soya chap ..
  • Keep them for marination in a bowl by adding curd , besan , chaat masala , salt , red chilly powder and turmeric .
  • Mix all the ingredients throughly in a bowl and keep paneer n cut soya chap for marination.
  • Keep this for 10 minutes
  • Now grease the grilled pan and keep it on the medium flame and allow the pan to get heated .
  • Place all the cottage cheese , soya chap chunks tomatoes capsicum bell pepper on the tawa and grill them from both the sides...
  • Your delicious quick bites are ready
  • Enjoy with mint curd based chutney .
