cut paneer into long pieces.
Soak paneer in milk for 10 minutes.
In a kadai heat ghee
When ghee is hot add cloves cardamom cumin seeds.
Cook till cumin seeds get brown.
Add milk to kadai and bring it to boil.
When milk starts boiling add turmeric powder fennel powder and ginger powder.mix it well.
Reduce flame add paneer.cook till milk starts boiling.
When milk starts boiling season with salt and cook till paneer becomes soft and creamy.add paneer masala.
Don't overcook.
Add garam masala .
Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves.
