Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 nos readymade idli


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp sarson seeds


  • 5-6 nos kadi patta leaves


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped carrot


  • 9-10 nos chopped beans


  • 2 tbsp boiled corns


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp chopped cottage cheese


  • 1 cups hopped bellpepper


  • 1 tsp peanuts


  • 1 tsp chana dal

Directions

  • Take a bowl add idli and mash it.keep aside.
  • Take all the veggies ready.
  • Take a pan add oil,sasron seeds,kadi patta cook for a min. Now add peanuts and onion cook it for 3 min.
  • Now add carrot,beans again cook it for 3-4 min.
  • Now add all the veggies and saute for 5 min. Now add all the seasoning.
  • At last add mashed isli. Garnish it with ciruander leaves.
