Ingredients

  • 2 nos finely chopped tomatoes


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 3 nos garlic pods


  • 1/2 tsp yellow urad dal


  • 1/2 tsp chana dal


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 5 nos whole red chilli


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 8 nos curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take A Blender Add Tomato,Onion,Garlic Pods,Whole Red Chilly And 4 - 5 Curry Leaves And Blend It.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan Add Asafoetida,Cumin Seeds And Black Mustard Seeds To Crackle.
  • Now Add Urad Dal And Chana Dal And Saute For One Mins And Add Curry Leaves Add Tomato Paste And Cook For Five Mins.
  • Add Sugar And Salt And Cook For Two Mins. Serve Chilled With Idly,Dosa And Uttapam.
