God Pohe or Gud pohe is a traditional Maharashtrian and Goan recipe. In Goa it is called as a Godache Fov or Godde Fov means poha or flattened rice prepared using Gud or Jaggery. It is one of the varieties of the Fov or pohe prepared during Diwali festival. This dish requires minimum ingredients and lesser time to prepare tastes amazing.
