  • 2 nos egg


  • 1 nos onion cut into small pieces


  • 1 nos tomato cut into small pieces


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 nos green chiles


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp curri leaves

Directions

  • Take a kodai add butter and all ingredients except egg stir it well.and remove it.
  • Take a plate keep it boiled egg cut into 2 pieces .
  • Now spread those fried things and seeve hot Egg salad.It's favorite for children and also otheres also.
