Cook The Channa Dal For 15 Minutes In A Pressure Cooker. Then Blend Along With Cardomom Powder And Sugar In A Mixer Grinder. Place The Batter In Low Flame Until The Entire Water Content Evaporates. Make Into Small Balls Of Lemon Size.
While Channal Dal Is Cooking Make A Batter As Like For Chappatti Of Wheat Flour, Salt A Pinch , Food Colour 1 Pinch. And Spread Some Gingelly Oil Over The Batter And Kept It For 1/2 An Hour.
When Both The Mixtures Are Ready . Take A Small Ball Of Wheat Flour And Flattend It , Place The Ball Of Channal Dal Mixture In It And Again Make It Into A Ball , In Between Put Some Rice Flour Over It , And Flattened These Balls Like For Chappattis .
Pour Some Ghee In A Hot Pan And Shallow Fry The Mixture For 1-2 Minutes.
