Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups left over rice


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 cups coriander

Directions

  • Take 2 cups of rice and mash it.
  • chop onions and green chilli to mashed rice.
  • Add pinch of salt and chat masala to it.. and mix it well
  • Add chopped coriander leaves to it make it like a dough
  • Make the dough into small balls.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rice balls..
